Invite Orphans, PT Angkasa Pura Solusi to Hold Iftar Dinner (Break a Fast) Event

Located in the SM - MILE Center, Terminal 3 of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (PT APS) held an event to host iftar dinner on Friday (24/5). PT APS invited as many as 40 orphans from &lsquoKebun Cau&rsquo, Teluk Naga District, Tangerang to jointly share the happiness in Ramadan. Also present at this gathering, all senior leaders and employees of PT Angkasa Pura II Group and their invited partners.

Starting at 17.00 (Western Indonesian Time), the event commenced with an opening speech from the Director of Finance and HRD of PT APS, Mr. Sudarto. He expressed his gratitude to all PT APS employees and all invited guests for their attendance at the event. Through this special event, Mr. Sudarto hopes that the friendship between the big family of PT Angkasa Pura II Group and partners can be even closer.

The event continued with a performance from the representatives of the orphans of Kebun Cau which displayed the ability to recite verses from the Koran. Followed by a photo session and giving donation and gifts to invited orphans by the board of directors of PT APS. The company also invited Islamic preacher ustad Imam Asnawi, Lc. to address and lead a pray before the time of iftar dinner is comming.

This gathering is one part of a series of company-specific activities planned in Ramadan 2019. Rohis (organization to study Islam) held several regular events at the Al-Fatih Mosque, Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. To support the worship activities of internal employees and airport visitors, PT APS holds Ramadan sharing and seminar session every Tuesday and Friday, after working hours. This Ramadan seminar session is filled with lectures, along with Tahsin and Tafsir Al-Quran. In order to share happiness in this holy month, PT APS every day also held Iftar activities by distributing 100 pax of food intended for the public. In the future, Rohis of APS is committed to routinely holding this series of activities every Ramadan.
