Suparlan was born in Pati, February 14^th 1970. He studied for a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in management.

Started his career at PT Integra Aviasi Solusi AP II in the Administration and Communication Division of the Minangkabau International Airport Branch Office in 2007. He was then transferred to the Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office and held a number of various positions for 5 years until 2011. The Director of Business Facility Management of PT IAS Support Indonesia has also served as General Manager of the Minangkabau International Airport Branch Office (2016-2017).

Prior to joining PT IAS Support Indonesia in 2023, Suparlan served as Senior General Manager of Supply Center at Injourney Aviation Services.

Mulyadi was born in Jakarta, June 13^th 1983. The Director of Finance, Human Resources & Risk Management of PT IAS Support Indonesia is a Bachelor of Accounting graduate from Persada Indonesia University.

Prior to joining Injourney Aviation Services Group, he started his career in 2005 as an Internal Auditor at PT Wicaksana International Laboratories. Then in 2006, Mulyadi continued his career at PT Medifarma International as an accountant before finally joining PT Integra Aviasi Solusi AP II in the same year.

Mulyadi's career at PT Integra Aviasi Solusi AP II began at Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, Aceh at the Commercial Finance & Accounting Service until 2007. Before being transferred to the head office in 2013, he served as Accounting & Logistics Junior Manager.

Began his career at the head office as Manager of Financial & Commercial Business Process Engineering (2013), then continued as Finance & Communication ERP Manager (2016), AVP of General Accounting (2017), and VP of Corporate Financial Control (2019). Prior to joining PT IAS Support Indonesia, Mulyadi served as Senior General Manager of Finance Center.

Yundriati Erdani was born in Bandung, June 8^th 1970. She is a graduate of Chemical Engineering, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and Master of Social Welfare Science, University of Indonesia, focusing on Community Development & CSR.

Started her career in the cement and consumer goods industry, which then switched to the field of social development in 2003-2015. Starting as a Consultant and Program Manager at PT Andalan Mitra Prakarsa, then as a Program Manager at the Indonesian Education and Telematics Development Foundation.

In 2007-2009, Yundriati worked with ExxonMobil in developing vocational education in various regions in Indonesia. In 2010-2015, she joined the Indonesia Teaching Movement, served as Operation Manager responsible for program implementation & government involvement in all work areas in Indonesia, as a Partner Engagement Manager with responsibility for increasing institutional and collaborative fundraising, then as Internal Engagement Manager with responsibilities in the areas of Human Capital Development, Legal, General Affairs & Procurement, and Information Technology, and was promoted as PH Executive Director.

At the end of November 2015, Yundriati joined PT IAS Support Indonesia as Vice President General Affairs & Procurement and Head of Corporate Secretary & Legal. During this period she was intensively involved in developing several new business portfolios. Then since March 2018, she has served as Commercial Director (now Consumer Business Director). In March 2019, Yundriati was appointed as PH Main Director of PT IAS Support Indonesia and since March 2020, has been reappointed to her main position as Director of Business Consumers.
