Parking Management

Parking Management operates the entire process and activities within the airport parking area managed by PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (APS) since 2017. In full service, APS manages parking management at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta) and Kualanamu International Airport (Deli Serdang).

The increase in number of airport visitors every year, reassures APS to continue to provide excellent service, including one of them by providing spacious and convenient parking at the airport. About 9000 vehicles can be accommodated in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport parking area. Meanwhile the capacity of the parking area owned by Kualanamu International Airport reaches around 2365 vehicles.

In order to promote the cashless payment system for various activities at the airport, APS parking management implemented an e-money and e-wallet payment system. The company cooperates with 4 banks (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, and BRI) for the e-money payment system, while the APS e-wallet payment system works with OVO as a partner.

Service Description

  • Regular parking

Regular parking is intended for airport visitors or pickers for a short time parking plan for their vehicles. Regular parking locations are located at each terminal at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Kualanamu International Airport. Regarding fees, regular parking applies different progressive rates for each type of vehicle.

Facilities available for regular parking users, including CCTV surveillance, 24-hour security and clean toilets.

Outside the airport terminal area, the APS parking management manages motorbike parking area at TOD (Transit Oriented Development) M1 which charges a flat (fixed) fee. At present, the parking area of â&euro&lsaquoâ&euro&lsaquothe M1 TOD can accommodate around 3000 motorbikes.

  • Long stay (overnight) parking

The long stay parking of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is located in front of 601 building and West 2 parking (long stay) zone. While at Kualanamu International Airport it is located at the Departure and Arrival Terminals, both Domestic and International.

Not only equipped with 24-hour CCTV and security surveillance, the long stay parking area also provides car maintenance services (battery jumpers, tire pumps) and free shuttle buses as inter-terminal transportation.

In line with the smart airport concept, which is now carried by PT Angkasa Pura II, APS offers convenience for visitors to place an order for a West 2 parking zone. Through the Indonesia Airports mobile application, booking a long stay parking slot can be made up to 4 hours before arrival.

  • Kualanamu International Airport Premium Parking, Deli Serdang (Medan)

Starting in 2018, APS innovates by presenting premium parking services at Kualanamu International Airport, Deli Serdang (Medan). Premium parking is in a regular and long stay (overnight) parking area with limited slots of 20 vehicles.

Premium parking makes it easy for users to offer strategic parking locations near Curbside.

Development plan

- Valet service that is now only available at Terminal 3 will be extended to other terminals of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

- Premium Long stay (overnight) Parking will be located at each Soekarno-Hatta International Airport terminal and synergized with other services, such as valet services (still being developed) and Umroh Lounge.

- Waterless Car Care, a car care or washing facilities will be available at Long stay (overnight) Parking Area of â&euro&lsaquoâ&euro&lsaquoSoekarno-Hatta International Airport.

- Adding 3 gate motor lanes at Kualanamu International Airport, Medan to facilitate airport traffic flow.
