Retail and Concessionaire Management

Angkasa Pura Solusi (PT. APS), as a subsidiary of PT. Angkasa Pura II (PT. AP II), has a retail business portfolio which is imparted as management rights by the holding company to manage commercial business space in the airport commercial area operated by PT. AP II.

Currently, PT. APS manages commercial spaces that are occupied by tenants with various retail businesses, such as convenience stores, food and beverage, retail shops, ATMs, and other business categories that aim to meet the needs of airport visitors and airlines passengers.

Service Description

APS has three retail airport business portfolios. First, PT. APS acts as the main management of rental business (leasing business locations) several retail businesses at airports operated by PT. AP II. Secondly, PT. APS collaborates with partners as business managers. Third, PT. APS is the owner of several retail businesses at airports, such as Jetlag Cart Corner and Branded Sale.

In the category of rental and leasing businesses, PT. APS manages retail partners that are divided into the F & B (Food & Beverages) and non F & B categories, both in permanent and temporary booths.

Development Plan

• Conducting brand and product development to increase the valuation of the Retail division in the future in order to be able to expand the business outside the airport.
• Implementing the O2O (online to offline) Retail system so that it is able to meet the needs of consumers in the digital era.
• Maintain the product and brand development programs tailored to the needs of airport visitors and passenger service
• Integrating centralized transaction systems to facilitate the process of control and supervision of business partners. This performance oversee is designed to assist management to make decisions and determine solutions in order to have an early warning system as well as improving the quality of services.
