Shareholders General Meeting of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (APSI) A subsidiary company of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi

PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi (APS) and PT. Delta Angkasa Pratama (DAP) as the sahreholders held a general meeting to establish a subsdiary company of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (APSI) on Monday (31/12) located in teh Training Room of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi, Domestic Terminal 3, 4th Floor Soekarno-Hatta Internation Airport.

PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (APSI) is a subsdiary enganged in outsourching. By setting high standards, PT. APSI is targeted to be able to become a supplier of labor (Human Capital) for most of the airport communite which currently reaches 40 thousand communities. 

The general meeting was attended by the President Director of PT. APS Maulidin Wahid Honre and President Director of PT. Syarif Hidayah Tullah DAP as shareholders representative. In addition, the Board of Commissioners of PT. APSI Muhammad Suriawan Wakan and Director of PT. APSI Garnita Pratiwi. The signing of the establishment of a subsidiary company was witnessed by the President Director of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Muhammad Awaluddin and Human Capital, General Affairs & Information Technology Director PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Tina T. Kemala Intan as the Board of Commissioners of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi.

In the first meeting, PT. Angkasa Pura Integra (PT. APSI), there are at least five agendas discussed, including related to the Inauguration of the Board of Directors, Determination of Remuneration of Company Managers Company Profile, which consists of the Company's Vision and Mission, Scope of Business, and the Company's Strategic Milestone Determination of Business Plan and Budget in 2019, and Determination of Company Identity such as Logo.

One of the decisions which was later approved at the General Meeting of Stakeholders was planning to expand the portfolio of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (PT. APSI) by presenting MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition) as an internal Event Organizer (EO). Business expansion efforts of outsourcing PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (PT. APSI) is expected to be able to find a group non-synergy business partner to contribute to the company's growth acceleration.

Furthermore, the entire decisions of the general meeting will be stated in the article of the general meeting of stakeholders which is ratified by a Notary.
