Concierge Express is a premium baggage handling service currently provided by PT Angkasa Pura Solusi at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Kualanamu International Airport. Unlike the basic service Airport Helper which provides a limited number of personnel and trolleys, Concierge Express ensures every user gets services, both personnel and trolleys according to the order.

The service booking process can be done on the spot at the Concierge Express booth or online through the Indonesia Airports application which can be downloaded on the App Store and Play Store. Not only baggage handling, in one booking users will also get check-in assistance services.

To ensure service users get a good customer experience, each of our personnel is required to attend training to improve competence, ranging from communication skills to mastery of product knowledge about airports. We currently manage more than 100 skilled Concierge Express personnel who are ready to pamper customers with exclusive and optimal services.
