Saphire Lounge Pangkal Pinang Depati Amir

PT IAS Support Indonesia (IASS) operates the Pangkal Pinang Saphire Lounge since 2017 in a joint operation with Blue Sky Lounge. This Saphire Lounge which is the first expansion of Saphire in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands, it prioritizes the Service Excellence concept that is expected to be able to meet customer satisfaction.

Service Description

The Pangkal Pinang Saphire Lounge service is intended for all Saphire members, airline passengers, partnering banks, Priority Pass card holders, and also regular customers. The 54 seats Saphire Lounge offers lounge facilities that include, all you can eat buffets, VIP rooms, smoking rooms, prayer rooms, toilets, and shopping corners that sell a variety of batik and leather bags of authentic Bangka Belitung.

The VIP room is one of the special facilities owned by Saphire Lounge of Pangkal Pinang. With an area of ​​around 4x5 square meters, this VIP room is able to serve of 9 people which is equipped by AC facilities, a 49 inch TV, as well as food and drink services that are adjusted to the buffet menu on the same day. All you can eat of Pangkal Pinang Saphire Lounge buffet is serving a menu of food and beverages of authentic Bangka Belitung as a form of local wisdom-based service. The specialty of the area is also highlighted through the use of traditional batik uniforms by Saphire Lounge officers.

To accelerate customer comfort, Saphire Lounge Pangkal Pinang also offers Check-In Assistance services. With this service, Saphire officers will provide assistance to customers starting from the time of departure which includes the check-in process, luggage storage, and trips to the boarding room until returning home at the same airport for baggage claim purposes. Customers can get this benefit by making a reservation 2 or 1 day before use without additional fees.
