The Pangkal Pinang Saphire Lounge service is intended for all Saphire members, airline passengers, partnering banks, Priority Pass card holders, and also regular customers. The 54 seats Saphire Lounge offers lounge facilities that include, all you can eat buffets, VIP rooms, smoking rooms, prayer rooms, toilets, and shopping corners that sell a variety of batik and leather bags of authentic Bangka Belitung.
The VIP room is one of the special facilities owned by Saphire Lounge of Pangkal Pinang. With an area of ​​around 4x5 square meters, this VIP room is able to serve of 9 people which is equipped by AC facilities, a 49 inch TV, as well as food and drink services that are adjusted to the buffet menu on the same day.
