Domestic Soekarno-Hatta Saphire Lounge

In collaboration with a joint operation partner PT. Trikama Boga, PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi operates the Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Domestic) Saphire Lounge since 2017. To ensure customer comfort, the Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Domestic) Saphire Lounge prioritizes service by presenting fast track services that will accommodate the needs of airline passengers from the initial arrival to the time of boarding arrives.

Service Description

Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Domestic) Saphire Lounge presents standard facilities commonly owned by lounges, such as free wi-fi connection, coffee corner, worship room, smoking room, toilet, bathroom, VIP room, to all you can eat buffets. The menu of all you can eat buffets that are presented is dominated by typical Indonesian food which is routinely modify every day. But there are several menus that must be served every time, including Lontong Sayur (Rice cake with vegetables and curry sauce, Siomay (Dumplings), and Sandwiches. In addition to these standard facilities, Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Domestic) Saphire Lounge collaborates with Rileks Reflexology to provide reflexology services that customers can enjoy by issuing certain additional costs.

In order to improve the quality of customer experience while visiting, this 585 m2 lounge also provides fast track services. The ground handling lounge staff will be happy to help passengers take care of their needs at the airport from the beginning of departure to arrival, which includes  check-in process, passport for immigration checking, and baggage handling. Fast track service applies to all terminals (1,2 and 3), both arrivals and departures. Airlines passenger can order fast track services directly (walk-in) or via e-mail 3 days before departure or arrival

In addition to serve the members of Saphire, the Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Domestic) Saphire Lounge also prioritizes services for partner bank customers, such as BRI, BCA, Mandiri, BNI, UOB, QNB, Muamalat, BJB, BTN, and Danamon. Not only that, the Soekarno-Hatta Saphire Lounge with a capacity of 120 seats also works with several airline partners, travel agents, and world airport access card providers, such as Priority Pass.
