Umroh Lounge Soekarno Hatta

The increasing number of Umrah and Hajj pilgrims departing from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport each year, has prompted PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (APS) to innovate in providing comfort support facilities in the form of Umrah Lounge.

The comfortable and quiet waiting room, which is a stopover point for the Umrah and Hajj pilgrims, is equipped with a variety of supporting facilities that are expected to meet the needs of users while waiting for flight schedules.

Service Description

The Umroh Lounge which was established in August 2015 has 3 types of rooms with different characteristics.

  • Safa Room (Regular)

Safa is a waiting room with the &lsquo&rsquoLesehan&rsquo&rsquo (lying on the floor) concept. Inside, with an area of ​​423 square meters, there are comfortable rugs and pillows, the Safa Room can accommodate up to 300 Umrah and Hajj pilgrims, comfortable and relax.

  • Marwah Room (Regular)

Carrying the Comfortable concept, Marwah Room provides 120 comfortable sofas for worshipers. With the same area as the Room of Safa, there is also an area for Lesehan in the Marwah Room.

  • Madinah Room (VIP)

The Medina room is suitable for worshipers who crave comfort in privacy. In one time, the Medina Room was only used by one travel agent with a maximum usage of 6 hours. This 212 square meter room has a capacity of up to 60 people.

In each type of room, supporting facilities are available, such as clean toilets, charger cabinets, mushalla (praying room), LED TV and FIDS (Flight Information Display System). Each pilgrim will also get food and drinks according to the type of room they choose. In addition, APS also provides a shuttle bus service for inter-terminal transportation and baggage handling,
